The history of KOIKE SANGYO, from our inception in 1911 to the present day.
Since our inception, KOIKE SANGYO has been delivering chemicals nationwide from our base in Kansai. Recently, we have been setting up local companies in various countries, and expanding our business overseas. Here is the history of KOIKE SANGYO so far.
Since 1900

| February, 1956 | Executive Managing Director Minoru Koike is appointed as the President and CEO |
| July, 1959 | Yahata agency is opened (became Kyushu sales office in January 1962) |
| September, 1959 | Nagoya agency is opened (became Nagoya branch in July 1998) |
| May, 1961 | Company name is changed to KOIKE SANGYO, INC. to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its foundation |
| May, 1981 | Hiroshima sales office is opened |
| December, 1984 | Toyama suboffice is opened |
| October, 1985 | Capital is increased to 81 million yen |
| July, 1988 | Kumamoto Sales Office is opened |
| September,1988 | Kanzakigawa warehouse is opened in Osaka |
| November, 1991 | Hari distribution center is opened in Nara |
| June, 1992 | Shingu distribution center is opened in Hyogo |
| April, 1995 | Kumamoto distribution center is opened in Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto |
| May, 1995 | Vice President Makoto Koike is appointed as President and CEO |

| June, 2002 | Company-wide (including distribution centers) acquisition of ISO14001 |

| July, 2014 | Koike Commercial (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. is established as a local corporation in China |
| February, 2016 | Thai Koike Trading Co., Ltd. is established as a local corporation in Thailand |

| June, 2020 | Acquired Amtex Corporation as a subsidiary |
